Step by Step:
Magic Mix: Mix 1 measure of flour, 2 eggs, 1 measure of baking powder, 1 measure of tomato sauce, 1 measure of Parmesan, and 1 measure of olive oil.
Scary Green Mix: Mix 4 eggs, 3 measures of flour, 1 measure of baking powder, 1 measure of spinach, and 1 measure of ricotta. Fill 10 compartments of the mini-madeleine mold with this mixture and the others with the first mixture. Bake for 10 minutes at 180°C. Pour the remaining green mixture into the giant madeleine mold and bake for 40 minutes at 180°C.
Monster Assembly: Flip the giant madeleine and place 2 green mini-madeleines as eyes. Cut another green mini-madeleine in half and place it above the eyes to make eyebrows. Add 2 green mini-madeleines on the sides as ears.
Zombie Faces: Spread some cream cheese on the orange mini-madeleines and draw zombie faces with pieces of black olives.
Final Details: Using the olive spread, create Frankenstein's hair and scars on the giant madeleine with the help of our multi-function syringe. Make a mouth with ketchup. Complete the eyes with small cheese discs and black olive dots in the center. Add spinach leaves as eyelids. Place the green olive as a nose and the mushrooms on each side as bolts on Frankenstein's monster's neck.
Now, just cut into pieces and enjoy this monstrous delight with the little ones! 🎃👻
